    I had Your Fireplace & Stove Professionals do some work last year to install gas lines for a new hot water heater and a new gas range. They did a partial install at the time, and were planning to come back to finish the install.Over the last several months I've sent emails but not gotten responses. I was told I would get an update but never did. More recently my heat pump stopped working, and this company happened to reach out to me about finishing payment on the earlier job. I was surprised they did because I had been trying to reach them for so long. I told them about the heat pump issue and they scheduled someone to come out the next day (***). He couldn't make it so someone else came (I think his name is *****), but he didn't have the tools to diagnose the issue (this was 2 weeks ago). He told me *** would come the next morning (Thursday), but this didn't happen. That day I also paid ***** $1000 in cash, which brought our prior estimate of the incomplete work to within a couple hundred dollars of finished (about $400 remains, but the work is incomplete).Friday I started calling and texting to find out what was happening. I also emailed today. I'm attaching some of the texts and emails. I have gotten no response, even though the texts clearly show the messages have been being read.I need the job finished and this company to start responding.
