I have been storing my vehicle with this company since 2016 they charge me $50 per month to store my **** Camaro Classic. They bill me online on about the 28th of each month and the bill would need to be paid no later than the 5th of each month to prevent late fees of $25. All my bills were paid on time however in the past few months I started receiving bills with with additional amounts ranges from $50 to $350 the bills do not specify what the additional billed amounts are for. when I enquired he claimed they were accumulation of late fees and monthly additional fees applied on late fees. I have argued and was able to proof that all my bills were paid on time since all my payments were made online I was able to retrieve the records. However He failed to provide me with explanation or records as of which months if any he received my payments late.AS I have started to dig deeper into the billing software he is using and what I have discovered that the software triggered to assign fees ahead for months that have not occurred yet. Which considered an act of fraud, when I have confronted him he immediately stooped sending me bills I have no other ways to pay for my stored car he also wont answer my emails, calls or letters . I am concerned about my stored vehicle.By law he is required to send letters by US mail informing customers of the status of their stored car when enquired. Peoples feed back on this company from the public that he is not providing enough time for bills from date received to be paid or have a grace *******
