    Buyer be aware of what appraiser your lender has you pay for! After $650 I see why the last person had a complaint about the lowball appraisal by ****** ******. Maybe that is what the companies pay him for. His square footage did not match other appraisers, he has comparable sales of up to 740K in the last year but estimated my house at 600K. He can't discuss the appraisal so you are stuck once you have him. His half-hearted approach to appraisals will not be good for your sale or loan. I supposed if you are a buyer and trying to get the cheapest deal out of a house he might work. Do not use if at all possible!
