    I had an appointment on Thursday. ********* did not finish lashing me because she ran out of time. She said she would NOT charge me since she did not finish. Told me to come back Monday to finish. Made me see a different lash tech who did a poor job and took 3 hours. The tech wanted to charge for a 2 week fill. I told her i had been in 4 days earlier and ********* did not finish lashing me so it was only a 1 week fill. Tech argued. The manager agreed with me and I paid for the 1 week fill. Today ********* texted me and was rude saying i owe for a 3 week fill and sent me an unjust invoice. I was never told they were charging me for 3 weeks and I never agreed to it. It is unlawful for them to tell me its a 1 week then at checkout demand me to pay for 3 weeks. This invoice needs to ve voided and the business should inform customers about their policy BEFORE the service, not scam people and try to overcharge them afterwards. They sign says the prices for lash fills per WEEK, not amount of lashes used. I was scheduled for a 1 week, I came back within 4 days, I paid for a 1 week fill. ********* was unprofessional to text me and demand more payment. This invoice and the business practice towards me was unlawful and inaccurate. I have screeshots of the texts to prove it. As well as a witness, my spouse was there and will deviry exactly what happened at the lash appointments.

    After verifying with my staff, the manager did in fact approve the charge of a One Week Fill in the amount of $40. The invoice of $52 will be voided.
