      Dear BBB, I am filing a complaint against Evergreen Gas Inc. The owner, ************ was calling me an unprofessional name over and over. The word I was called "harassing person" many times during a phone call when I was pleading for ************** during the multiple heat waves. I was calling to find out if any cancellations. I am a Senior apprx 65+. I bought ****** HVAC apprx $6500 from ************ and ** and they refused to take me seriously. I get dizzy and nausated during high temperatures. I had to wait for 3 weeks to get any service and told by ****, owner, I am basically not a priority because I did not have a maintenance contract. I was without AC for 7 weeks. Since I was getting flax from Bill I spent money for a portable AC and a huge fan to try to keep cool. I did call other companies and they recommended to get compressor fixed by EvergreenGas cause I bought the Pump from them. ****, service tech, finally arrived after 3 weeks and refused to listened to my questions before servicing the ****** Pump. After a quick diagnostic test, **** said it was an electrical storm or brown out like in ******* causing the Compressor to break down. Obviously, I have not seen electical storms or brown outs in *********, ******. I talked to a HVAC tech and he told me it is very rare occurenced a Compressor goes out on the newer Pumps. Please ask Evergreen Gas to reimburse me for the portable AC equipment and huge fan. I sending you a detail letter regarding the unprofessional behavior of EvergreenGas Company.
