1 starThink twice before using this company. My system was supposed to meet all of my energy needs. It hasn't come close to the quoted production and now I have a solar bill and and electric bill, paying much more then anticipated. They left holes in my roof and my son's room leaked for over a year. I have two roofers saying it is the solar and they have offered to pay half the repair cost.Review fromJeff W

This was probably one of the easiest businesses I've ever worked with. They made the entire process of getting solar really easy. From the very first visit, to the super resonsive emails, texts, phone calls, I felt informed every step of the way and my questions never went unanswered. They are also extremely efficient on install. They planned for a 2 day install, but couldn't get the people they expected on day 1, so they had to add a day. Day 1 was preliminary install of the ground equipment and day 2 they had 2 or 3 crews out doing the roof install. I was nervous about having to manage that many installers that something would go wrong, but it never did. I'm one week into my solar being turned on and I'm extremely pleased with how everything turned out. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will be recommending them to anyone who is interested in ****** solar. Do not hesitate to call them for at least a quote. I'm very glad I did.

If I could give ********* stars, I WOULD!!! I can not say enough about Green Ridge. From the communication, professionalism, and knowledge on Solar, and so much more. They are the BEST in the industry. I personally have had a terrible experience with a different company and when I called Green Ridge, ***** took my call. ***** ***** ********, and their team helped me when they did not have to. The entire Green Ridge Solar team - office staff, installers, and electricians were all outstanding! My job was complex with additional electrical work and the process and timeline unfolded as planned. The workmanship was very high quality and the job site always clean and safe. Communications was exceptional. It was clear to see that the staff had a good working relationship with *** and City of Portland inspectors. The Green Ridge Solar is professional. Green Ridge Solar took care of everything from beginning to end and worked with me throughout the installation. Prior to starting the installation Green Ridge Solar provided a detailed set of plans for the install so I could confirm that the complete system would be as I expected. Green Ridge Solar took care of the permitting, arranging the inspections and provided all the information to schedule and initiate the Net Meter install by the power utility company. I did have an issue after the install with the consumption metering and Green Ridge Solar quickly responded and corrected the issue. I recommend Green Ridge Solar.Green Ridge Solar

Green Ridge Solar did a fantastic job on our solar system installation. We learned them through Energy Trust of ******, which pre-qualifies design/install businesses, and couldnt be happier. They were so professional throughout the entire process from design (including onsite visit), through permitting (which in our case was more complicated due to unique home design), through installation and follow-up. Even our building inspectors were impressed with the quality of their ************************ Green Ridge answered all our questions along the way, and dealt with all regulatory matters so we didnt have to. They even recommended a roofer which could work us into an already busy summer schedule, so we could get our panels up without delay. During installation their crew was efficient and super-nice, even working on some hot days. I cant recommend Green Ridge Solar enough!Green Ridge Solar

We had a large solar system installed a year ago by a local solar company. After a year the system melted down due to some faulty wiring. It took a month before the system was functional again, but our battery was also taken out in the melt down. We were told it would take a few weeks to get the paperwork through the system to warranty out our battery. After waiting three months we decided to contact Green Ridge Solar to see if they could help with our problem. To say they were life savers is an understatement. They answered the phone immediately, understood the problem and sent out a very experienced electrician in a very timely manner. They were able to warranty out our existing battery and we decided to order an additional battery through their company. The new battery was only half the cost from the first one that was installed by the original company. They were fast, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Green Ridge Solar. I considered going solar for a few years and was approached by a variety of companies; one from **** repeatedly came to my door even after I said that I was not interested because I had read their reviews. Green Ridge Solar was not a hard sell which I appreciated. They walked me through the process and were patient as I juggled financing/getting a new roof along with solar installation. I appreciate the fact that they are local and easy to contact and they always connected with me right away when I had questions. As this is a new install and I have not "banked" solar kilowatt hours; it will be interesting to see what my power bills will be. I am very pleased with their service.Green Ridge Solar
