      I went in to ask about getting a membership at the gym. I was told because my mom had one for me the year before I can use that. It would be $29 per month because I was still a student. I asked to please update my billing information as I was now the responsible party. I was given a form to filled out to do so. When I called last week to cancel I was told I sign a 1yr contract. Since I did not remember signing anything I asked for a copy. Thats when I noticed the form I used to update my payment info was now being used to say I had a year contract. When I and my mom pointed out someone had rewritten over the 2022 to be 2023 we were both both of course otherwise we could have not allowed a year contract! When I was there on 12/05/22 I did not agree on this. Someone in the office changed it. Which I see as fraud and misinformation. Also they have been charging my moms credit card rather than mine. We got a called back last Friday but now they want $50 + $29 as they say they are being nice I dont want this happening to other people.

      I am rejecting this response because we are just doing circles. As previously stated ****** and ****** did not come together in the 1st signing in 2021. Not sure why this owner keeps bring it up. This part was not in argument. We know ****** sign that and kept our part. Only reason why we brought it up is because owner claims they cancel membership automatically after a year which is a lied and we provided  proof. 

      2. She did commit fraud when she told ****** all she was doing was updating billing info on 12/05/22 and instead Changed it to 1yr membership after ****** left.  Now she calls it misunderstanding not fraud!  We did not say gym keeps taken funds from account. (Which actually were also doing wrong. They kept charging ******* credit card rather than ******* card) Gym had no authorization from *******. However, when ****** went in and told that to the owner she said that was ******* problem because it was your daughters acct. to figure it out with her.  Since ****** called credit card and asked them to stop those transactions from happening. As the gym did try to take another payment on April 3, 2023. (After ****** told gym to please stop!) attach is the current dispute as requested by owner.
