    My mother hired *************** to remove sand leftover from an above-ground pool and replace with gravel for a fire pit. She asked about three quarter minus gravel but *** insisted on quarter minus, which only came in a blue hue. He didn't bring samples or discuss options with her. When she asked about the blue hue he told her that was the only color quarter minus came in. She said she liked the river rock color of three quarter so he said he would bring her grit without explaining how it would help. He brought SO MUCH GRIT that it was physically challenging to walk through the fire pit. She had to hire someone else to move half the grit around her yard to try to disperse it. Now, the grit acts the way the sand did leaving a ***** mess and getting caught in her dogs' paws. There's grit in the house, all over the patio, and messily scattered around the backyard. *** either knew the result that amount of grit would have and brought it to her vindictively because she questioned his quarter minus decision or he failed as a landscaper to know his product or services. Either way, he cost my mom thousands of dollars to change out sand in her backyard instead of creating a simple gravel circle for a fire pit.
