      Our scope was to fix our water temperature fluctuations, add additional water pressure & filter the sand out of the house faucets. From day one we have had nothing but problems with everything he did. The contractor (Rod) never provided a contract with the breakdown of materials, ************* of work. We had our well guy here to explain to Rod what to do, *** acted like he understood the process. Three Sisters replaced our main water line that was 1 1/4 *********** ran a smaller 1" pex line with no insulation (Part of our scope was more water ************** old water lines were insulated) When we asked about this he said it was in their contract. (that was not provided) We had them provide a new water line, water heater, sand filter and relocate it in the garage. The water temperature problem was worse than before so he sold us a circulation pump that does not help. We hired another Plumbing company for *********** confirmed that he hooked up the sand filter on the wrong side of the water heater & never plumed it right. *** finally came out after months of calls and he decided to remove our sand filter & change out our faucets cartridges with additional materials costs. (work has not been performed yet) We are tired of dealing with his excuses about everything so we would like his labor cost reimbursed to us so we hire another contractor.

      I am rejecting this response because: Three Sisters has refused every issue for my claim. As stated before what a nightmare they have been, I would request that they pay for ****** plumbing repair cost, quote, home inspection invoice, and my labor (2hrs) to re-dig up & bury the the main waterline at $225 per hour. (my labor rates) On top of that if my water lines freeze up before repairs are made Three sisters pays for motel rooms & damages done to our house. Sub Total $6881.50 plus $500   total $7381.50

      This business caused MULTIPLE issues with their sloppy work on my business. The most recent issue has been the absolute last straw. While sitting in my office working I had a swim team parent come and tell me that the sink in my bathroom had just fallen off the wall. I was absolutely shocked and not even sure what that meant! Come to find out it meant exactly what she said. She had turned the water off, walked out of the bathroom and then heard a crash and when she turned around the sink had literally fallen off the wall and was laying on the floor. Like the previous instance we got INCREDIBLY lucky. We teach a ton of very small children, who could have been killed or seriously hurt had they been in the bathroom or using the sink when it fell. I immediately called a handy man company that was recommended to me by one of my employees. They came out and were shocked to find that the sink was in fact just on the floor (because sinks do not just fall off the wall!!) and then they continued to be floored to find out that the sink was never actually secured into a stud or anything!! The caulking around it was holding it up!!! Absolutely not okay and when I told *** what had happened and added the picture he didn't even bother to respond. When the handyman I hired reached out to him with their invoice he refused to pay it and then started texting me saying he would meet with me and the property manager if I wanted but he had no plans to pay the bill he caused, or apologize. This business is a risk to Central ******. If they made this many HUGE mistakes to my one business, I am terrified to know how many other people he has hurt!
