    During January **** I took my vehicle to ***** ********** for two different reasons: 1) there were three check engine lights that were on (***, 4WD, Traction) and 2) the car was shaking so badly that I thought it was going to die or lurch forward. I took the car to ***** **********, they determined the repairs were due to two bad coils, costing me $600. When I picked up my car, I made payment in full, started the car and as I drove out of their parking lot the lights were on and the car began to shake again. I instantly called their office, which was now closed. I called them the next day and asked to get the car in; they were unable to get me in for another week and he recommended that I take the car elsewhere if I needed it sooner. I did take the care to a second mechanic who found: 1) the *** line was touching the axel and grounding out (hence the lights flashing on/off) and 2) the car had a broken head gasket. None of these components were even reviewed by *****. I called ***** on January 26, **** and asked about a full refund. He stated the owner would call me Monday. I called back today and the owner was not available and the secretary said "It's not my job to keep track of him." ***** took advantage of me as a single mom, with no mechanical knowledge. They refuse call communicate with me about a solution, including a refund.

    Paid for a broken ball joint. They didn't check the other ball joint, which would be in similar condition. Charged us $2200. 3 weeks later, the other ball joint fails, **************** ******** whe it broke, another $2200. Costing us over $500 in tow charges,plus extra damage to ********. 6 months after they replaced two ball joints and two axels. That's 3 times so far in 10 months. They also replaced our radiator and didn't fill it with antifreeze. We made it 4 blocks from their shop before the engine pegged red and started smoking. They guaranteed the parts but come time to replace the garbage parts, after 6 months, they charged us the same price, saying that their garbage ball joint that they put in didn't cause the bent axel when it broke, for the third time. They put garbage parts in, and then they wouldn't honor their own warranty. We have spent over $8600 this year at their shop.
