    We took our 97 Accord to Zilkoskies Auto Electric because 2 power windows, radio and windshield wipers stopped working. It took them over two months to fix the windows and radio, and they did not fix the wipers. The cost my boyfriend and the shop agreed on was no more than $500 yet when I went to pick up the car she tried to charge me $79 more. I reminded her that they agreed to $500, she turned red and told me she spoke with my bf and he agreed to $579. Entirely not true and she hadnt spoken to my bf in over a month. She dropped it to the $500. Driving the car home I immediately noticed a cat urine smell coming from the air conditioner and that it was definitely not cooling as good as it was when I took the car in! I was leaving for a trip early the next morning and planned to say something when I returned in a few days. When I got home from my trip I went to unroll the power windows and to my dismay they stopped working. I had only unrolled/rolled up windows a few times before they broke! They were never correctly repaired ! The shop is refusing to help me or refund me. I have filed a dispute with my credit card.
