    EVERY WEEK ON VARIOUS TIMES INCLUDING AFTER 8pm (between 7p-7a) btchCOMCAST, instead of taking blame/confirming they control the outdated useless tests, they blamed YOU for Doing the outdated 2 or 3x excessively loud and short that no one would be able to tell if it was an actual "emergency" message to give a shit about that the FCC should just STOP DOING THE Screen covering "special" comcast/cable "tests!" It's as useless as if it was an AD! Every "test" looks and sounds exactly the same so much I now don't give a s about them and just unplug the box while it starts and sometimes watch the same/what I would've been viewing on my Antenna TV WHICH ISN'T/DOESN'T do the pointless "tests" every 2-5 days EVERY WEEK. WHY TF WOULD CABLE/SATELITE TV NEED THOSE USELESS CRAP MORE?! At least the few "tests" the channel stations do when they do it it's ONLY at the top or bottom in a line and quieter(sometimes with just a voice saying something because when they do it it's an ACTUAL message, rarely a test, like about fire evacuation/s). THE LOCAL AND NATIONAL NEWS DO BETTER AND SOONER ON ACTUAL ALERTS ON THE SCREEN WHICH DON'T HAVE SOME USELESS BEEPING AND DON'T COVER THE SCREEN WITH 1980s/1970s computer-like font "message"! NO ONE READS THOSE "message/s" NO ONE SEES them no one cares about them! They're just as useful as a 1 second long advertisement with a screen full of words. It happens so much it's harassment pretty much, FYI: NO ONE PAYS TO SEE THAT WHY ELSE DO YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE CHANGING TO OTHER WAYS TO WATCH SAME AND MORE SHOWS, THAT DON'T HAVE THE FCC "testing" it EVERY FEW DAYS, THAT COST JUST AS MUCH OR MORE! That shows billions don't give a f about those tests and just want to view/watch things they get alerts from other UPDATED services/ways NOW IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW THAT BY NOW. USELESS POINTLESS ACTION NO ONE PAYS ATTENTION TO, why? BECAUSE IT LOOKS AND SOUNDS THE SAME EVERY FEW DAYS AND WHEN ACTUALLY A DIFFERENT MESSAGE. The Process TODAY is Unnecessary.
