Tracktown Treasures sold my business a ********* DMR-EZ47V DVD recorder/VCR combo, electronics unit. The unit was listed as is, or for parts with a U99 error code. When I received the unit there was an F60 error code instead. F60 error codes are more expensive and time consuming to fix due to it typically being an issue with the video board. An U99 error code means cycle power to fix, in other words turn unit off and turn back on. Tracktown treasures not only lied about the error code, their item description on **** was this, "********* DMR-EZ47V VCR DVD Recorder U99 Error - AS-IS - EB-*****". Since Tracktown Treasures is a vintage electronics dealer who clears over a thousand items per month on ****, sells an unknown number of items on ******, and appears to hold auctions online regularly, would have known how to look up error codes in a manual and accurately list it. If this is the case, Tracktown Treasures knowingly participated in fraud against me.When I left this seller negative feedback describing the fraud, the next morning the seller sent a threatening email to me through ***** servers that read, Your feedback is obnoxious. Enjoy what comes. When you are emailing me begging for it to stop, the answer will be no. :). I addressed the seller in a polite email suggesting I was going to report their behavior to **** and depending on what they do, likely call the police. The sellers reply was, Lmao... you would call the cops. I ship 1000 packages a month. It looks like you ship 3. Your feedback means nothing, but I will treat it as the attack on my business that it was. ;) when the cops laugh at you, just know I'm laughing too. ;).**** assured me they would investigate the issue and reach out to me with a solution to protect my safety in 24 to 48 hours and it has been almost four days. I was hoping to wait on calling the police and lawyers until I hear back from ****, but I am growing impatient.
