    I purchased a product from Timber Creek Outdoors and the item was defective out of the box. I have tried to contact them through the Warranty section on their web site and by phone and I have not received any response. I also posted a review of the defective product on their web site and the review has still not been posted as of now (5 days later). They claim to have a lifetime warranty and that they will respond within 24 hours of filing a request. I am not impressed at all with this company's products, customer service or warranty claims.

     Good afternoon, I would like to change the status of my complaint #******** to resolved. Timber Creek reached out and sent me a replacement parts kit. Everything looks to be good now. Thank you!

    purchased product from timber creek, a month later the product broke, I have attempted multiple ***** to contact the company via email and phone, I have had ZERO contact by either method. per Timber Creek Outdoor website they provide a lifetime warranty on my purchased product but apparently have no intention of speaking with customers let alone backing their product...or warranty.********************************************
