    4/18/25 approx 5:30pm - 5:45pm. Employee blatantly refused disabled persons full m-service while I held my disabled person placecard above my car. When I initially pulled in, two people, 1 black male in a pink sweat suit that said something about God on it, and a white female were self-serving their vehicles at the full-service tanks. They both left, and I pulled up and held up my disabled parking placecard above my car. Another shorter male, possibly of Hispanic descent pulled up in his dark colored truck at the full-service pumps and got gas in a plastic gas can and put it in the back of the bed of his truck. Still the attendant did not come out. The attendant monkied around with the front door to their store, looked over his shoulder and then went back inside. After awhile, I put my disabled placecard down and I started writing this review. They have a sign at the pump that says they will not pump full service gas if they only have one attendant on duty. The attendant was inside and only had maybe 3 customers go inside store. He was looking directly in my direction; as I mouthed "a**hole". That is against Oregon state *** ****. Luckily, I barely made it to the 76 station downtown *********** and their gas was almost .60 cents cheaper and their attendant was right on it. Less than 30 seconds to start pumping my gas.

    On 12/12/2023 I tried to use my **** gift card at the gas station and it was declined and I was still charged $47.32 and $75.00. Both shell and Vanilla gift cards don't have an actual person to talk to. Vanilla gift cards won't take my money off of a hold until the purchase clears but there was no purchase they declined me. The gift card number is ****************. This was all my money for the rest of the month and I have no food and I don't know what to do.
