    I am *****************************, and I stayed at your Best Western Plus North Springfield location on December 26. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern about my stay.Unfortunately, my stay resulted in a severe medical emergency. I woke up with a spider bite on my left eye, leading to a severe allergic reaction and multiple *********** visits. The lack of cleanliness at your property caused my left eye to swell shut, requiring steroid medications, IV treatments, and time off work.I must demand compensation for my stay and reimbursement for medical expenses due to the substandard conditions. This has impacted my physical well-being and caused financial strain.I am concerned about the lack of response to my sister's outreach on December 28. She contacted you on my behalf, as I was unable to do so due to impaired vision. The lack of communication is troubling.I urge prompt internal resolution to avoid legal action. Compensation for my stay and medical expenses would resolve this matter. Please acknowledge receipt and provide a timeline for resolution.

    Booked a room to stay on October 26, 2023. We paid with credit card and were going to stay there for a ***************** concert. The musician cancelled the concert within 48 hours of the planned event. I called the hotel that same day asking to cancel the reservation. It was still more than 24 hours prior to our stay. I was told that they could not help with the cancellation. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and they were not able to reverse the transaction. I would be ok with a credit for Best Western if a refund is not possible.

    This hotel boasts pet friendly, when my dog and I checked in ( a dog I must have with me due to handicap) I was told that was perfectly fine to have him and no extra charge was disclosed except for a nightly pet fee. After checking out and arriving home I have found a charge of 150 dollars IN ADDITION to the nightly rate and nightly pet fee and then the hotel emails me stating it is because of an undisclosed Pet?! This amount was not disclosed in any way shape or form to me at check in or check out, and when I called the hotel initially to inquire, they stated the extra charge was due to them accidently charging me for THREE (3) reservations - one for a King ****** one for a King ******** and one for a corner King ****** I was charged an addition 690 plus dollars for a TWO NIGHT stay on top of the 150 dollar fraudulent charge. I STAYED TWO NIGHTS ONLY at this horrible hotel, these people will rob you of money without proper documentation or notice, do not let them have your financial information or you will pay dearly, I have had to file fraud charges with my bank to get this cleared up. If you want to spend **** unplanned and undisclosed, stay two nights at this horrid establishment where nobody communicates.
