      I made reservations with a Marriott ******** Service Agent on 1/18/2022, for dates 7/20 to 7/25/2022 at the Courtyard Eugene Springfield at ******************************************************************************* Reservation numbers: 71037377, 71035454, 71034752 and ********, Total cost, $1275 per room. 6/30/2022 I called Marriott ******** Service to add family members to the aforementioned reservations. I was informed that the reservations were cancelled by ***************, Courtyard Marriott, Springfield. 7/1/2022 Spoke to ***************, who completed reservations with the cost of $1664 per room. Reservation numbers: 98427716, 9842589, 98423702 AND ******** She indicated that she could not honor the price of the original reservations. I am requesting for Marriott to honor the cost of the rooms as listed in the original reservations and to provide my family and myself a refund of the difference.

       good morning:  
         I received a response from ******************* via the BBB website.   ************ indicated that the credits for the hotel rooms would be posted to our credit cards within **** business days.   I have received credits for only three of the four rooms.   I emailed (attached email) ************ last week but I have not received a response from him.    Can the BBB reach out to ***********?
