    I visited Springfield Express lube for a routine oil change one of the workers made a mistake and caused a major fire under my car causing flames to shoot up through the engine bay of my car thr workers sprayed fire extinguisher on my car yelling at me to put my car in neutral the fire extinguisher gases came through the open windows flames were coming up from under my car I was very scared and confused as to what was going on the workers were yelling at me demanding me to put the car in neutral I had to grab my dog out of the back seat and get out of the shop because I was afraid for our safety all the time the workers were yelling at me "put the car in neutral we got to this car out of here" I was quite traumatized over the experience when I asked the company for their insurance information they did not give it to me I was told I would be called I was not called I called back to be told that I wasn't getting any information they refuse to give me the information so I can talk to their insurance about the traumatizing experience that I experienced while having a routine oil change in their shop it has traumatized my life for several months I would like to talk to their insurance about it but they refuse to give me the number can you please help me get the insurance number for this company so that I can talk to them about the trauma upset stress that I experienced having to rush out of the shop with my dog being yelled at by their workers my car being covered in fire extinguisher powder inside and outside my windows were down me and my passenger were both sitting in the car with seat belts on the experience is still affecting my life all because one of their workers made a mistake and crossed the oil wrench on my starter and caused a major fire under my car which went up through the engine bay several feet and was very traumatizing being yelled at having to worry about safety me my passenger and my dog please help me get their insurance information so I can seek compensated for the traumatizing experience I should not have experienced getting my oil changed at there shop thank you

    A fire did happen and it started under the customers car. Customers car had no damaged at all and we took photos and videos to prove that. Customer went through her own insurance company three months after the incident to claim damages and her own insurance company found no damage and denied her claim. Customer has called and threatened employees and has harassed our business.

    I am the one who had a traumatic experience at there shop I did nothing wrong all I did was ask for the insurance phone number to talk to there insurance about the traumatizing experienced and how the experience affected my life I am disabled and will be contacting disabled services to help me with this situation I did nothing but call one time and ask for a number just to be lied to by the shop that I would receive a call with the information and I called back one time after waiting a week without a call back i was told i would receve to have the shop workers be rude to me all after being traumatized by there mistake I am not able to handle the stress because of my disability the shop is using my disabilities against me I explain to them when I was there i had there is no justification for there false harassment claims I did nothing to harass them at all
