I used Carport Central to source a shed building that *** from ********* was supposed to build. After over a year of waiting after my footing was ready and prodding through Coast to ************** who uses EMB Metal Building to build and do the warranty work I was finally able to get my shed built in June of 2024 but the crew came out of *****. I had to renew my permit to build twice. Now since then the 14 roll up door continues to have safety issues trying to move the door up and down with the chain jumping the sprocket. I reported this in January of this year and after repeated attempts to get a response I understand that the company policy is that they wont do warranty repair until they can schedule a full crew out to do the repairs. I cant even safely access or use this bay until I can get them out here and there has been no followup or anything. I am pretty sure it would be cheaper for them to hire someone locally to do this chain and sprocket replacement rather than send out a full crew. Buyer beware. This company does not understand customer service and does not know how to do good business. Buyer beware.
