      i purchased a 2021 starweld boat. ************* has never worked. i have ahs multiple issues with this boat since the day it was sold to me broken. i immediately brought it back to be worked on with ************. i gave them at least 5 times to fix my boat over 2 years to no avail. they charge up my warranty and the boat has all the same issues. i brought it to king ****** to see if they could fix it. which they could not. they told me it was wired backwards since day one. i was told over and over they fixed my boat at ************, but if it was wired backwards than how have you been fixing it all this time. ** have recached out to corporate which took 1 year to get a call back after calling everyday for a complete year. my boat is still broken and i am still out all this money that i have invested in my time and gas to keep bring it back. not mention having to buy a new battery the same day as my boat because the boat left me and my 2 minor children and my husband strained in the ocean with a broken boat. we have had life threating saturation arise from the dangers of being sold a broken boat. and still no customer service reps or corporate will reach out to correct the problem....i want a working boat and that's why i bought it. give me money back and take your broken boat back and give me a working fully operational boat.
