    On Friday, August 4, 2023, I was riding with my daughter ******* & 2 of my granddaughters, ages 3 & 5 years. We were on First Street in ******* & observed the signs that only said Workers Ahead. She proceeded down First Street around the traffic cones when the female worker from Umpqua Valley Asphalt proceeded to scream at her & then the older man from the same company approached her vehicle and both of them started screaming and shouting vulgar language at her. My daughter asked for what company they worked for and the old man said he didnt have to tell her. We saw his company advertising on his sweatshirt and the work truck that were there. The older man took his leaf blower type machine and shoved it into my daughters drivers side window and proceeded to blast her with air all the while screaming vulgarity at her. My five year old granddaughter was in the rear seat and she was trying to get her mothers attention as to why these people were screaming at us and were mean. While I ***** you that we too, used unprofessional language at them, to have a company use it and scream and harass my daughter was totally uncalled for. As we left the older man told my daughter to f*** and get out of there you c*** ************ was doing work for the *************** and was very unprofessional! I think the old man should be fired for using the blower to harass my daughter and then to proceed to call her filthy names. It was totally uncalled for. Anyhow, he indicated that the company stated my daughter tried to run over them which is totally false. After he reviewed the surveillance tape and called back all he said was he could only see my daughter drive passed the coned area. Again, there was NO signage to say the road
