    We called All Around Tree Care LLC for a quote on a 40 foot maple tree that the roots were everywhere and trunk of tree was massive ! So, instead of ***** coming to do the quote bc he was fishing his wife came to do the quote. Which is fine . She did pictures and ***** looked at them later and then he quoted us 2200$ for cutting tree down and removal of massive trunk and roots by grinding it out! And telling us that when they were done we wont even notice a tree was ever there ! Removal was started, two days later down to trunk came back to grind it out and the huge roots from it and around in yard areathey came back to grind more roots, apparently the bits they were using broke. They had to go get more and would come back to finish the job. Never saw him again ! So, we ended up finishing the grinding and removal of roots so we could roll our lawn out. We needed a receipt , I called him requested it. He kept saying hed drop it off or mail it and still to this day we havent received it.Few days later our neighbor comes over and is upset because the tree care people cut a lot of branches off their ornamental tree !!!! Id be mad too!!We are not very happy with his business or performance of!!!!
