    We bought and had installed an 8X28 Premium greenhouse from NW Green Panels. Not only is our greenhouse a wonder to look at, but it was simply amazing how it went together. Was some extremely good thought went into the design. The ******* self-opening ridge vent system is amazing. Can't say enough good words about their installers who put up our greenhouse. These guys never once complained about anything. Very professional. When they did run into a minor glitch, they just tackled the problem and kept on working. Very good work ethic. Would definitely recommend NW Green Panels if you are looking for a quality, well-built greenhouse that is designed and made right here in the ***. The whole gang at NW Green Panels is a pleasure to work with.***** ***** ******, WY

    I dont normally post reviews but felt compelled to do so in the case of NW Green Panels (NWGP). When I decided to purchase a greenhouse in 2021, I looked at several options (big box, internet, etc.). I placed my order with NWGP. Communication throughout the process was excellent. My greenhouse was installed and I love it. HOWEVER, what I want people to know about NWGP is that the customer really matters and building a quality product is what they are all about. I had issues after the initial installation and when brought to their attention, they absolutely addressed and resolved them. In addition, and this is the truly amazing thing - when my roof panels were damaged by a recent hail storm, I assumed they would tell me the warranty didnt cover it. I was wrong! I was dreading the thought and cost of repair as the whole roof structure was impacted. I went to the Home and Garden Show in ******* and they were there. ******** (Sales and Marketing Manager) was there and the first thing she said when I told her what happened was, We will take care of you. Its covered. She took my contact information. The owner of the company (****) happened to arrive and he confirmed. I guess I am so used to companies trying to avoid taking responsibility or honoring their warranties, that I didnt have any great expectations. They advised that the repair would be a priority. One of their long-term employees (****) came out the following week, assessed the damage and they are working with me to get the work scheduled taking into consideration their workload and my time constraints. He was so pleasant and and answered all of my questions. What an absolute pleasure it has been to deal with NWGP. Things dont always go smoothly and there can be problems. It happens. BUT, what truly stands out about NWGP, is their commitment to their customers, building a great product AND making it right when something goes wrong! Please consider NWPG. You will be so happy you did!

    I love NW Green Panels!! They are professional, courteous, helpful and have an amazing product! I have purchased 2 beautiful greenhouses from NW Green Panels. They are a great investment!I don't know what ****'s talking about, if you can't afford it-don't buy it!

    The greenhouse I purchased and had installed by Northwest Green Panels (NW Green Panels, NWGP) is absolutely gorgeous. AND if I had it to do all over again, I would have built a hoop house with PVC pipes and greenhouse plasticand saved myself tens of thousands of dollars and a huge amount of stress.If youre looking for a company that ignores your questions and requests for help for months, then tries to blame the problems on you, and when that doesnt work becomes abusive, aggressive, and outright threatens you, NW Green Panels is the company to hire.However, if you want a greenhouse that works as it should, where the vent lifters open at an appropriate temperature, you should keep shopping. Per the owner he invented how the vent lifters work so dont expect them to work as the manufacturer describes or to be open at a temperature lower than the high 90s.Do you want a greenhouse where the roof doesnt leak like a sieve, and where gallons of water dont pour down the inside of the walls, and where all the plywood panels dont begin delaminating and molding within a week after the first rain? You should look elsewhere. Also, if you buy at a show and get free installation then know the owner considers this a free perk and the company has no need to meet your expectation of a free item (yes, those are actual quotes). The owner also tried to blame the issues on an inexperienced installer (who he sent out twice) but never once offered any assistance to fix the issues.And then the cherry on top? If you want a company whose owner tells you how abused he feels because society hates white men (read into that what you ******* wont be wrong), then go ahead and hire NWGP.At the very least, I recommend you do NOT pay off your balance until you are sure it is built and functions as promised. If your experience is like mine, you will need to invest thousands of extra dollars to get something that actually functions.
