    On March 18, 2023, I contacted Copper Ridge RV Resort via telephone at *************, I spoke to the owner **** and made reservations for an RV trailer site for the dates of July 20, 2023 through Sunday, July 22, 2023. I also inquired if he had 2 spaces available as some friends would be booking with us and advised we were coming for a concert that we prepaid tickets for. He indicated he had plenty of availability and was glad to help. I booked our site with him provided a credit card for the down payment required and advised our friends would contact him as soon as I hung up the phone. (in which they did do and booked their site as well) On March 22, we decided to add 1 additional night. Again I contacted Copper Ridge, and spoke to ****, he indicated it was no problem and added the additional night. I along with our friends received a confirmation email for the reservation and our credit card was charged. On June 15,2023 I received 2 separate emails from Copper Ridge RV and from *****************, indicating they canceled our reservation. We DID NOT request or ever contact him to cancel our reservation. We were very much looking forward to the stay. In attempting to contact ************ by phone, I did not receive any response. His email response was their reservation platform overbooked them, and another email claimed they did not complete an expansion and did not have availability. This is not enough cancellation notice in order for us to reserve another site in the area as the concert festival has caused all other camping for rv sites be booked. ************ falsely advertised the size and availability of his resort as well as defaulted on the reservation confirmation sent to us. It has now cost us an additional $1500.00 to book another accommodation in order to be able to attend the concert festival we paid for.
