    On June 10, 2022 ***************************** of Kiwi Fence Contractors provided me with a quote to complete and install a fence on my property. He included a fee of $260 for labor to remove an old wire fence and included dump fees, removal and haul away. Before the work began, I removed all of the old fence myself so his labor bill of $5960. should have been reduced by the $260. On July 26th, 2022 I made a final payment totaling $5920 because the final invoices did not provide a break down the charges.During this same time ******************** informed me that he errored on the amount of fencing needed and I would need to order 1 more panel, end post and caps. This cost me $335 more than his original quote for materials. A premium was charged because it was a single panel and I didn't receive any of the discounts as I did on the original order.I was also supposed to receive a refund for 4 pallets ,when returned, totaling $80 and also for any unused concrete (I think 5 to 10 bags), at $3.90 each. I cannot find a credit to my ********** account, which is where the material was purchased, so I suggest that perhaps ******************** may have kept my refund. I have asked how much and when but he does not respond.Sometime in August the Kiwi employees showed up and installed the additional panel I purchased but because of where they placed the final end post, another panel is needed to complete the job,I have sent texts, left a phone message and a couple of emails to ******************** who refuses to contact me and answer my questions regarding the refund and the completion of the fence. Since an additional panel is needed, I believe ******************** should pay for it and install it to complete the job.
