      CRIMINAL ACTIONS GOING ON AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER GET MY CAR BACK OR HOW.Dropped off a well-maintained car April 20th for oil service. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. ****** ensured us it would be done The same day. The next day they said the car is missing a gasket / part they need to order. Once again they ensured me It would arrive n on Monday and the car would be done by 10am. Monday came and the car was not fixed, they said they wouldnt be done till Tuesday and no additional information on what was going on or the reason for the delay On Tuesday we were told it would be done on Wednesday, but they found a fuel leak that wasnt there when I first dropped it off. Then said they would fix it today. At this point it became apparent they were adding on fixes or purposely damaging the car so they could charge more. I never approved the fuel leek fix so they are not allowed to chage for that. On Wednesday they said the technician who was working on the car is out and on Thursday they would find a new technician to fix the damage. We visited the garage several times and the car is more disasasemebled every time. They keep making up excuses every time and this never ends. The engine coolant is leaking now too, before that it was never leaking. At this point I will have to tow the car out of the garage to some place that can actually fix whatever damage they have done to it. They are holding the car hostage and damaging it more and more day by day. In addition to all of the NOT ONCE did we receive an apology, nobody apologized or shows any care at all. I don't know how to get the car back.

      There was complications with the vehicle and the shop was unfortunately plagued with the flu at the same time. The vehicle has been repaired and returned to the customer.
