    Our 2018 **** 150 was stolen out of Pro Auto Tech's parking lot on June 22nd after the owner, ****, left our keys in the vehicle unlocked and unattended prior to leaving on vacation out of ***************** for several weeks...We disputed the repair service with our credit card company because our vehicle had not been returned to us and because of the negligent handling of our vehicle while in Pro Auto Tech's possession.Our truck was found July 15th by police and was taken to a **** dealership to have it re-keyed and inspected for damages.It was at this time **** personally disputed our claim with the credit card company and recharged our card because "they found the vehicle".To this day ****, the owner of Pro Auto Tech, never tried to reach out out to us, apologize for incident / inconvenience, and refuses to accept any responsibility for the events that took place under his care.**** and Pro Auto Tech is a shady business at best. Customers please beware!!!
