    On May 20, 2024 Servpro was working on a neighbor's house. On their way out the driver of the ****************************** our mailbox so hard it knocked the post out of the ground. The driver, *********************** left his phone number and first name on our door. After we called and texted him a few times to see what he was going to do about it, it became apparent he wasn't going to take any responsibility for our mailbox. Insead he used his time to write us rude text messages claiming he was the victim because we were asking for a timeline to repair the damages. There were many rude and ranting texts my husband and I received. At one point he even told me that I was "undermining my husband" by contacting him after my husband and he had "settled things man to man." They hadn't settled anything... Anyway, I contacted the police and filed a report. Since ***** was not willing to give us his work info or insurance info or last name we were unable to pursue compensation for the materials and labor of the mailbox. A couple of months went by. We ended up chatting with our neighbor and put all the pieces together what company this person worked for. Last week I called Servpro to report the damage. The operator confirmed *********************** was a Servpro employee and assured me someone would contact me by the end of the day. No return call for 3 days. I called again... sent an email of the texts ***** had sent us and photos of the damaged mailbox to a Manager. That manager had ********************* contact me. **** assured me he would pay us the $250 to take care of repairs. It's been a month since I spoke with ****. Each week I have reached out to see if he has sent the money. Each time he says he still will. I have also asked **** for Servpro's car insurance information. He will not respond to these requests. ***********************, and Servpro are responsible for the damages of our property and to report their car insurance to me to file an insurance claim if they won't reimburse for the damages.
