  ******* ******* of Able Heating and Cooling came to do a tune-up on my furnace today. He was perfectly professional and provided much education for me on how to maintain the best performance from my ******* furnace. He also informed me of an air cleaning, antimicrobial air scrubber by Areas which appears to be an excellent match for my long covid compromised immune system. The information booklet he offered me was useless, and he answered all of my questions in detail so I could make a well-informed decision on this potential purchase. His commitment to answering my questions included calling the Able Heating financial department to clarify my payment options. He was respectful and polite throughout and I am thrilled that **** office was able to schedule his return in only 3 days to replace the pressure switches which had become unreliable, along with the new air scrubber. Able Heating installed my new furnace 15 years ago and has reliably provided maintenance since that time. All service people from **** that I have encountered have been consistently professional and willingly helpful so that I and well-educated and can maintain my equipment optimally.

  Able Heating was very helpful. We have no heat as there was a problem with our gas valve when I called they made a way to find a technician and squeezed me into their schedule. They came to fix my heating system the next day. They are precise with their schedule when their technician will be coming and another safety measure they do is they send you a picture of their technician so you would know who is coming. I love their service and how they treat their customer with integrity and honesty. I have been a customer since 2018. ********************

  The service person ***** provided clear information about his trouble shooting approach to our furnace problem. Seems to have been a simple tune up but he continued to make sure no problems were evident. Super nice and courteous.

  We had a great experience with Able. The salesperson was very professional and gave us several competitive options. The installers were polite, skilled and efficient. The building inspector was impressed with their results. Wed highly recommend Able to anyone needing HVAC work

  Four of my neighbors used Able for new furnaces and air and recommended them highly to me. *** was my first contact with ABLE and he was super knowledgeable and gave me choices and good advice. The crew of 3 was very organized, and went about their business working as a team! I would recommend them highly plus their 6-month program, interest free, with ***** Fargo was perfect for me! **************

  Eight years ago Able Heating installed a split unit in my brothers place and his mother-in-law's. Neither of them ever had any maintenance issues and they were both very satisfied. Because they were so satisfied I chose them too.I had a unit put downstairs and upstairs. They work great. I had wall heaters but they werent sufficient at keeping a constant or even heat. I can already tell a difference in how well the heat is dispersed throughout my house. My bathroom is warm for the first time ever. There team of men did a great job laying down tarps on the house interior, wearing shoe guards so as not to track mud. They were very respectful, efficient and friendly. Any time they thought of doing something different they talked to me about it and nothing was done without my approval. I was confident in their ability to do a great job and they did. It's only been a week and they stopped by to check the units are doing what they should. So yes, I'm very pleased.

  ***** was extremely knowledgeable and experienced with my branch of furnace and a/c. Ran some tests and went straight to the problem, fixed it and then checked it all out. Able is now my preferred heating and a/c company. No need to search any further.
