    Not a good experience.No window given to us for arrival.No phone call that they were on their way.No stand-off attachment on ladder as asked for and lady at company had made note of according to her when I asked for that to be made known.Two scratches on Gutter ****** gutter cover which takes off the Titanium cover in those two areas where the ladder sat right against the Gutter ******. No stand-off attachment for any of their ladders on truck. If I had notice, I have a stand-off attachment they could have used.I was going to have this company do other work but will now never use them again for anything.

We do try our best to please but sometimes we fall short and in such situations, we do want to do what we can to make it better for you. In our field, exact arrival times are hard to provide but we understand your desire for one. Our apologies for the request for using standoffs not getting passed to the crews - without such notice they typically do not use them as they make it harder to comply with OSHA requirements for safe roof top access but that said, the request should have been passed on to them. We are confident that the scratch to your gutter cover will not affect their efficacy or longevity and hope the gesture we have made in refunding part of your service fees help you feel a little better about the situation.
