    Charge on my credit card of $39.99 on Sept. 16 from BetterWatchOutPro. I did not make this transaction. Called their business number and they said they were a 3rd party and had no information for me. I looked up their address and called that business and it is a *** store. Something doesn't add up and sounds fishy so I called BBB and you had no record of complaints against this business and said I could file a complaint, so that's what I'm doing.

    We got a call from the customer on 09/20/22 and we cancelled the subscription. To confirm, there will be no further charges and shipments from us in the future.

    We've processed full refund amounting to $39.99 that would require **** business days to be credited to the customer's bank account. Please see the breakdown of the refund below:
