    My rheumatologist made an appointment with Tillamook Vision Center to have my eyes checked for Plaquinel, (Hydroxychlorequine). My insurance covers this procedure 100%. I went into my appointment and had the check up done, and when I was finished the lady at the front desk ask for $40. I said doesnt my insurance cover all this? She said yes all but the eye exam. I told her I didnt ask for an eye exam. She said well they gave me an eye exam and now I owed $40. I explained to them I was on Social Security disability, and they couldnt just be signing me up for vision appointments without me knowing it. And I cant pay for the appointment. I told them that if they couldnt bill and get it off the insurance company they werent going to get their money so they rebuild the insurance and of course couldnt get their money so they ship me another bill and tack five more dollars onto it , I never ask for their service, and I shouldnt have to pay for their service. now Im afraid theyll put me in collections for a bill that isnt even mine. I feel like Ive been taking advantage of and now its going to ruin my credit. I have not paid the $40. I do not have the $40. I am on food stamps, Ohp and ********* I receive an income below poverty.
