  I worked for Angel ********************** control. This company has a man that runs it that likes to be friendly with the women and the friendlier they are the more work you get and the better pay. I was cheated on my paychecks.. the labor board got us paid, but not all of it. I would point out discrepancy. he would come up with an excuse. you wouldn't get paid anyway. He doesn't do a fair split between the prevailing wage jobs in the regular jobs we had a new hire employee come in who worked almost solid prevailing wage jobs when I was a seasoned flagger that was working regular pay jobs. An employee was hurt and the owner would not acknowledge it so he sued him and won.There's some sexual harassment issues with me. The owner has a girlfriend that's extremely jealous and likes to act like she owns the company. She treats the other women flaggers poorly. They go through tons of employees. He gives a certification class and your set of gear for around $850. He charged unemployment office for my class certification but I didn't get one I was certified over the phone. They would only pay for half of my gear. And the certification. They said there was too many people getting certified and paying for gear that never went to work. He was pumping me up for a supervisor and a lead position but when he realized that he was going to have to pay me he started giving it to a girl that was around my age a pretty broad instead. She quit she said she got tired of him groping her all the time. Every statement I've made here is true and I can back it up. This man is a monster and he'll cheat you. We had to get the labor board involved to get our 401K deposit City never made and then they weren't made correctly he'll cheat you anyway you can he's greedy and he's a womanizer I wouldn't work for him ever again and I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.
