    We bought a house that was redone by A Quality Construction. A few months into our first Winter and we had significant flooding above our bedroom window. Called and they came right away. ***** said the window was not sealed and he would do that. The flooding happened again. He came and said it was backing up into our bedroom because we didn't clean the gutters. Ok. We have the gutters cleaned regularly and it still happened. We had a different contractor come and look. He said the gutters were installed incorrectly and instead of it flowing away from the house when backed up, it's coming back up into house. We live under pine trees and it gets backed up easily, so let's just get the gutters fixed no big deal. The contractor said to call and they should fix that for free. We submitted at least two requests via their website and left a message with no response. Tonight we called when we saw leaking from our kitchen light. I explained what was happening and he again stated we needed to clean the gutters. I mentioned the other contractor and the feedback they gave. ***** responded they didn't do the gutters and to contact the realtor who we bought from. The phone then hung up. After informing my husband, he attempted to call and it went straight to voicemail. Rather than coming, taking a look, and having a conversation about it, they hung up. There could be water damage in our crawl space from the gutters not being installed properly. We weren't asking for free service, just take a look and go from there. We are floored. Bottom line, we have photos of the work in this house that was done incorrectly or sloppy in several rooms. We have since hired another contractor to come and fix the mistakes. They behaved unprofessionally and did not back their work when it was suggested they installed it wrong.
