Do not hire. Over priced. We had a water leak that caused extensive damage in a small 7x6 bathroom. He quoted the insurance adjuster $5 ******. The insurance denied the claim because it had been an existing problem behind the walls, so we did not know about it. Not in that quote was the leak repair, a bathtub replacement, and a few sink valves replaced. His final bill to us was $11, ******. He does not give you detailed invoices which list the hourly wage x the hours worked plus the cost of materials. Most contractors, plumber, electricians etc that have done work for us invoice by listing Time spent x Hourly wage, plus cost of materials. His workers were very messy. It took my husband and myself over 8 hrs to clean all the tile dust from light fixtures, curtains, floors, carpet, dishes.....on and on. After arguing with him for about ***** min and refusing to pay his ridicules bill...It was reduced. He never even came by to check out the apartment before we arrived to inspect it or the work that was done.

Review - ************* Systems: I strongly recommend not hiring this contractor, this is why: Being a professional project manager in the field of Industrial Mega-Projects, I have dealt with many General Building Contractors over the years. Never have I dealt with such a bad General Contractor as ************************* and his company, ************* Systems. ************** was contracted to build a 375 square foot art studio April 2021; which finally passed a Building Inspection in November 2022. This supposedly 4-month project was never actually completed, and there were many quality issues. Punch list items after inspection were simply ignored. Besides the building quality issues, his crew caused damages to my home and property, which were also ignored, costing me additional money in repairs. But its much worse ************** didnt pay his bills related to the project even though he got paid by me. Mr. ****** assistant surprised me by informing me on a Wednesday he hadnt paid his lumber bill, so my home would be placed on a lean Friday. I paid this bill to avoid my home going into lean. He also didnt pay some of his subcontractors, whom I also paid, such as the: concrete, drywalling, interior finisher and painting subcontractors. In the end, I had to take ************** to small claims court and won judgment! I wont recoup my full losses for dealing with ************** due to monetary limits of small claims court, but I hope this abbreviated review of my experience *** assist you in avoiding similar problems.
