      I am rejecting this response because:
      My deck was new wood that was put down. It hasn't had anything on it until this product, 30 Seconds was put on it to clean it before putting a sealant on it. It has nothing to do with the manufacturers of the wood. I should be paid for my labor trying to get that product off. I worked hard. I should've read some of the bad reviews on it. I'm not the only one who has had trouble. I do deserve what I am suggesting! I have already submitted the photos.

      You have already been refunded for our product. It is imperative to follow the directions correctly when using the product. After using the product it needs to be rinsed off with water as stated on the directions.

      You can remove the dried residue with the below mixture and a little bit of elbow grease.

      - Mix 1/4 tsp. of liquid hand soap or dishwashing liquid, 1/2 cup white vinegar and a 1/2 cup water in a spray bottle to create your cleaning solution.
      - Spray the solution on your cleaning sponge or  scrubbing wand and apply to surface. Let soak up to 2-3 minutes.
      - Scrub the surface a second time, paying close attention to any stains.
      - Rinse well. Repeat as needed. Be sure to rinse any foliage that the mixture gets on.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      #1, I did follow directions to the tee. Yes, Wal-Mart did refund my $ of 8.88 per bottle. Needless to say,  I kept my water hose right with me. After my whole deck looked like that,  I even scrubbed it with a brush,  pressure washed it,  then hand sanded it & it still looks terrible! I knew it wasn't coming off, so I went ahead & put ********* water seal on it. I don't recall any directions what to do if that stuff doesn't come off! I have read some pretty bad reviews too. I am not satisfied with all these instructions you give me to scrub some more! It shouldn't have looked like this to begin with!! In case you didn't see the pictures,  I can resend them.

      I bought 30 second Cleaner at Lowes on 6-5-2023 and cleaned my house the same day and it didn't do anything. It didn't work on a RV either. I paid ***** for it.
