In 2022 a group of neighbors when to the **********, NJ ************** meeting to contest the building of 2 single family homes located behind our property. The board turned down our protest and the building of the new houses was given to V2 Properties of ************, **. Construction of the new houses began in 2023. We had taken photos of the area prior to construction to know it any damage would occur to our property. By the end of construction we have photos of a blocked street caused by deliveries, trucks parked in our driveway and other issues. We found that coment pads in our driveway had been cracked and the cracks continue to grow. A construction worker sanded fiberglass on porches causing fiberglass particles to coat the outside of neighboring houses and cars, even entering the houses through the windows. We tried multiple times to contact V2 Properties and our emails were mostly ignored or the company requested more information , which we immediately supplied. We repeatedly asked V2 Properties to replace the cement pads and to power wash our house. To date we have had no response.

My Daughter moved into this Apartment early last year I believe in March of 2021.I cosigned for her because of her lack of credit and paid the full $1800 security deposit. After upon moving out on July 31,They sent me a bill for charges of various `things including maintenance, cleaning, and yardwork totalling over $5700. I cut the grass and cleaned up the yard,as well as cleaned the inside of the duplex from top to bottom, including all of the carpets, wiped down all of the Counters, appliances, and cabinets, and sawept and mopped all of the floors..I took pictures of everything when I was done, and have witnesses to as how I left it. At Least one of the charges, the biggest one for painting for over $1900,they violated their own contract on,which says that it is their responsibility, and I wiped any and all of the few smudges from the walls where there were any.Plus, the contract calls for leaving it clean as when moved in,and I did that over and above in 100* heat, and I am 67 years old. The keys were turned in on time, and they tried to charge for a lock change for the garage, but my daughter had no choice but to get a new lock as they would not provide her with a key for it. They charged for smoke detectors which my daughter did not remove which may have been removed by the painters and not replaced. The yard is not more than 500 sq.ft. and ther charged nearly $500 for landscaping, after I had already trimmed the grass down and cut the Blackberry Bushes.
