On 8/29/23 I signed a contract and provided a down payment to move forward with a camper van build on my 2019 **** Transit Connect. I dropped the van off on 10/7/23 to begin the work at *******************************************************. I picked up the van on 1/13/24. Unfortunately, the completed van build is unsatisfactory. The overall build is poor quality, damaged and lacks in function. The van is not usable and will need to be gutted or sold. The van will be difficult to sell because of the numerous issues from the completed van build you provided me with. This has and still is a very upsetting event for me and has caused a lot of frustration. I am unable to use the van and out a significant amount of money. The build is falling apart and leaking prior to use. I'm unable to use the van until the problems are resolved. As mentioned above, the van needs to be gutted or sold. However, due to the poor quality, I am unable to advertise this van as a professional build and will lose a crucial amount of money.I have expressed concerns via text, in person on pick up, email and letter. I am unable to get a response from *******. Total paid to ****** was $9,411.12. Plus we drove to *********, OR and back twice from **********, **. Shuttles 2 vehicles back and forth, hotel rooms. On top of what we paid, we lost time and money going back and forth.
