      Upon completion of my daughter's education, and payoff of any remaining balance, the school has continuously withheld my daughter's transcripts making it impossible (and unlawful) for her to test at the board of cosmetology. This infringes on her ability to start doing hair professionally (which she already is an employee of The ******** as a receptionist in a temporary term under the agreement she cut hair for them). She has had to contact the school, the board repeatedly to remedy this. Today my husband contacted the owner of the school who told him "this is not the complaint line" and "are you finished bitching?" Totally unprofessional, but also criminal. You can not withhold someone's transcripts with no remaining debt owed to the school. Her potential lost wages and partial repayment of her education costs would remedy this situation. I make 5000 a week. She has been out of school for several weeks. 5K is due as compensation based on my math. Thank you.

      I have been going to this school for over a year now I am lacking the educational skills I need to be successful they have had multiple teachers quit I have had no help learning and absolutely no help regarding financial aid counseling not only that my financial aid checks have been late and my paperwork done incorrectly and my date of graduation has been changed twice due to their mistakes I feel I was miss guided into selecting full course only for their financial benefit. Other students have had there checks bounced and I am 100% done with this school this place is by far the worst decision I have ever made and I am scared to withdraw as I feel I cannot afford it but have almost no choice but nobody to help guide me into the correct decision.

      -attended school from November 14th to December 15th -staff incompetence and failure to address problems prohibited me from learning, taking clients and meeting graduation requirements -paid $3,455 -unenrollment (due to not being able to work on clients, learn, generally everything advertised) resulted in an outstanding balance that should not be warranted due to false advertising -outstanding balance of $1227.51 -I believe this school is also a scam. I would have never been able to complete the program given the many issues and circumstances outside of my control and fully within the staff's control

      I went into school on 8-24-23, clocked in. A teacher said I should make sure my ducks are in a row since I was so close to graduating. I went to the financial aid woman, she was very cruel to me. In a condescending voice, she told me that my time was already up. I have no idea what she was talking about because I know all the paperwork I have my end date the latest date that I can attend school was November 2023. I said this to her and she showed me something on her computer and said didnt I sign this. It had nothing to do with the huge mistake they made. I have paperwork to prove their incompetence. I left and came back with my paperwork and they have been avoiding me ever since. The manager of the school said she contacted me when she didnt and I have phone records. The HR woman was supposed to be looking into it and hasnt responded to me. I am over 80 percent done, I need to finish. I cant even finish at another school with them holding my paperwork hostage. Im filing complaints with the licensing agencies as well.

      I currently am enrolled at this school. They only have one teacher, they never keep up on anything we need. The campus manager allows groups of girls to bully and intimidate other girls in this school. Then when they stand up for them selfs they get sent home. This school is a mess and needs help asap!
