      We are a sub contractor that worked with Emerick on two different jobs and have not been paid at all for either. We are having to file a bond claim. The owner of the company refuses to take calls or respond. DO NOT work with them.

      Emerick Construction is the ** on a project we are supplying materials on. Our materials remain unpaid and we have had to file a bond claim on the public project we have been supplying. The School District has provided us with proof of payment to Emerick for all materials we have provided. Emerick has not responded to our requests for payment.

      Emerick Construction Co. has defaulted on at least two major public projects. ***** M. ****** is a liar and a *****. He has been paid for the projects but screwed many of their subcontractors.
