I placed this order on January 3rd and it has been saying in transit since January 7th with no additional information. In the email thread 2 1/2 weeks later the support staff email said they would arrive within 7 days and they still have not arrived. The support staff are no longer responding to my emails. There is no phone number on the site to call, only an email. After the fact, I looked up reviews from this store and there have been complaints of never receiving their orders. I would just like a refund. There has not been an update on the order tracking site since January 7th. Please help!Initial Complaint

The shoes we purchased are not legit...they are completely verified not authentic though we paid full price for them. They refuse to refund our money even though we are willing to refund this product if need be. This company needs to no longer be allowed to operate.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Big Pro Store on 9/27 for 2 different pairs of Air Jordans. Total was $366.96. First they told me a pair was lost in transit. Then I was informed that the other pair was out of stock. They wanted me to choose different styles etc.. I told them I wasnt interested and to please issue a refund. Then, a box appears at my door from a ***** **** in **, CA *****, with a fake pair of powder blue Air Jordans. No business name is on the package. At this time, I couldnt find any address for the Big Pro Store. I could only E-mail *********************************. I returned the fake Air Jordans on 11/07 to the only return address I had which was ***** **** ***************************************************************************************. I followed tracking with *** and the return package was delivered 11/12 12:02pm. I again E-mailed ********************************* for a full refund of $366.96. I E-mailed a copy of the original order form, also a copy of the label generated at *** as proof of return with *** and told them I would report them as a fraudulent company to the BBB. The merchant name is ****** *** **** ******. ID# on ****** ***************** His E-mail: ****************************************** I have never received any more customer service from them to give me a refund on the products ordered that I do not possess. There was never an E-mail showing the fake Air Jordans were returned either. They basically took my money and are a fraudulent business. Their sizing and availability of Air Jordans is never updated on their website either, leading people to believe they have items in stock, which they do not! They hope the customer will change their order or become weary dealing with them. It takes a great deal of time to pursue these deceptive business merchants.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of designer **** sneakers and immediately knew after purchase I'd made a mistake. I contacted the seller right away, saying I'd made a mistake and would like to cancel the order. He said it was impossible, and I should wait and see if I like the shoes and if not, he would issue me a full refund. Alas, they were counterfeit, he is not following the confusing return policy on their site, and even though it says to make returns to US warehouse, he's demanding I return them to ******* which is certainly a huge cost on my behalf without any guarantee I will get the refund.Initial Complaint

I went online to ************************ to purchase a pair of authentic basketball shoes for my son. I paid for expedited shipping. It took over 12 days to receive the shoes. I sent several emails to the company (you can only email them) asking where the shoes were. I kept being told they were on the way. The tracking showed the mailing label created in ******** and then the shoes coming from **********. No where on the site, etc,. did it show a foreign country, etc. I finally received the shoes. They had a funny smell and didn't fit my son as past shoes have. They appeared to be knockoffs. Orginally the site had a 30 day return policy until I kept pushing them on the details and then it came off their site. Now they are saying if I want to return them I have to ship them to a Vietnam address at my expense. I tried to dispute the charge with ****** but they are seeing that the seller is willing to take refund the money but I have to ship them at my own expense. I spent $5 for shipping but when you calculate shipping costs via *** to ship to ******* it is well over $150. The total for the shoes was $186.13. Then I have to wait until they get the shoes before I can get the credit. If I have already been scammed why would I spend more money than the shoes to ship them back and have them say they never received them. Why do I have to ship them to ******* when I received them from **********? Why do I have to pay for the return label when the shoes are a knockoff. Upon placing the order when I received my confirmation from ****** I saw the foreign name ****** ****** **** so then I tried to cancel the order within an 1 1/2 (via the only way, email) and they told me it was too late they already processed the order. But then I didn't receive any confirmation that it had been processed and shipped until a few days later and me emailing them. I will return the shoes but it should be at their cost plus will I actually get the credit backBusiness Response

If you find that your pair feels slightly large/small, wed be more than happy to assist you with an exchange for a diffirent size, should that be more comfortable for you. We have the options for you:
+ Return the item, exchange with the size that you want
+ We offer you a 30% discount voucher for your next purchase to choose another pair of shoes or another size.
+ Return the item to our warehouse. Because we sent the correct size that you ordered, so you are responsible for return shipping charges.

I am rejecting this response because: No where on the site does it say that I am dealing with out of country business. If I knew this, I would not have purchased with them. Also, the item is not authentic so that is on them. What is the point of getting 30% off of another item when it would be another knockoff and wouldn't fit properly. I also don't feel that I need to pay the fee to ship them to ******* which is more than the cost of the shoes and then have to wait for the company to say they received it before I could get a credit. To me, they shipped a fraudulent item and should pay the cost to return the item. In most cases, businesses stand behind their items and 9/10 times cover the return cost.

I got an email for an order placed on this site. I had never placed an order and immediately emailed about it. They said the item had already shipped (I emailed within mins) I filed a complaint with my bank reporting fraud. I eventually get a package, that I rejected and did a return to sender. My bank eventually without further communication took the money out of my account because they shipped the item. Now they have my money and their product. Ive emailed them dozens of times looking for a refund of something I never purchased to begin with but was fraudulent charged for. They have refused to respond and now Im left with being out $171 or filing a civil lawsuit.Initial Complaint

To whom it May concern:I ordered 2 pairs of Jordans on 9/20/2024 and used ******. I only received one pair of shoes on 10/2/24 and I reached out to ****** and sent pictures thats I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and only received one pair and requested to refund! Now ****** has requested a Police Report as if I didnt something wrong! No problem I got a Police Report. Now Im waiting on the outcome.Please dont order from this website! Ordered truck seat covers on June 2, 2024. Website advised 7-14 business days until items were shipped. I received a confirmation of the order and it is past the expected delivery date. I emailed the company to see if they would have of an update but they have not answered. I believe I was scammed and this company is not legitmate.
