    This company wrongfully discriminated against me in accordance with Oregon renter and tenant fair housing act laws. They acted in a very professional and unethical manner which resulted in former clients of mine reaching out to report the issue to me directly. They were horribly unprofessional, requesting and demanding information that is against the law to request. When reaching out to them they operated with slander, defamation of character, and unethical business manner. They charged ***** for a service that was a direct con of my money. How are businesses like this still in operation? They are inhumane just awful creatures to deal with. Turns out this works in their favor as the owner also operates a debt collection service that profits off situations they create which is conflict of interest and bluntly deceptively scandalous.

    We take discrimination very seriously and work directly with the ************************************. In no way did we discriminate against you in the processing of your rental application. We did not reach out to any "former clients" of yours and we never spoke directly to you, so I am not sure where this information is coming from. It looks like we attempted to reach out to you by email for more information, but did not receive a response. If you would like to follow up to provide that information, please call our office to speak with one of our screeners. We did not request any information that is against the law, nor do we operate with slander, defamation of character or in an "unethical business manner". We follow the rental criteria that our clients provide to us and made a recommendation against that criteria. We do not set this criteria ourselves nor do we alter it on a case by case basis, therefore protecting ourselves and our clients from the possibility of discrimination. If you would like to provide any factual information versus baseless accusations please do so. We keep detailed records of all communication done during a screening.


    If you are wanting a refund, please contact the apartment complex directly, as we did not initiate the $49.99 charge. 


    We do have a separate company that does collections for apartment complexes when people do not pay their rent, leave with damages not covered by their security deposit, or have any other outstanding balances. This is in no way a conflict of interest.
