      We purchased a mobile home unit in Dec. 2023. The prior owners used Pacific Gutter Company to install Gutter Shutters on 7/15/21 for $7,886.58. The entire length of the carport is 67 ft., the gutter has been leaking for who knows how long and ruined the entire fascia board. The gutter has pulled away from the fascia at the end which is supposed to be a lifetime warranty which is in writing. I called them on 3/20/24 and talked with *****. On 3/22/24 ***** came out and took a look and a bunch of pictures. He told my parents and I that it was installed wrong. It would be over $1000 to repair. I said why would we be responsible when it's under warranty and installed wrong. I called the office on 3/28/24 and **** said I would get a call back, never heard back. I called again on 4/5/24 and spoke with **** again, was told the service coordinator ****** would call me later. ****** called later that day and said **** the Production manager has all the info and is reviewing it. On 4/8/24 ****** called and said the gutter didn't pull away the fascia board did! Boards don't pull away, the gutter is still not attached so anyone can see it. ****** was not nice about any of this, $1,100 for us to replace it all, $1,400 if we want a new downspout. ****** is a very ***** voice said "that's it ****, we have nothing more to talk about". Very rude. I have all the signed documents from the previous owners with the guarantee to "never pull away".

      Soke to **** about the situation, I scheduled a crew to go out remove the fascia board and replaced it. We re-hung the gutters and the customer was pleased with the work and the result. There was some miscommunication in the beginning but has been resolved and taking care of.
