    On Nov. 12th we had a cleaner from ******** HVAC and chimney cleaning come to our house to clean our ducts. We paid $369 (paid $310, Groupon $59) for this service. As the cleaning started, my wife and I left the house due to the cleaning being dusty. Prior to leaving, I asked the cleaner twice to clean the upstairs ducts, as our bedroom is up there. He acknowledged both times and said yes, he would do that. When we came home, we found a large mound of dust and debris that he had pulled from vents pilled in our living room, we had just put down new LVP flooring and he had chipped a section 3-inch section of it next to one of the vents in the kitchen and finally he never cleaned the upstairs vents. We were very displeased with the first two issues. We went to bed and woke with a terrible sore throat, headache, congestion and chest discomfort. I looked at the upstairs vents and could tell they had not been taken off and ducts cleaned. I decided to do it myself and found all kinds of dust and debris clogged in the vents and a hornet's nest in one of them (we have pictures and video to prove all of this). Obviously, these vents were not cleaned, and we were breathing in dust and debris all night. We called for a resolution and the first few times they said they'd have a manager call us back, that never happened, then they just started hanging up on us as we called back. Finally, they blocked our numbers and now we can't reach them. They left our house a mess with debris, they chipped our brand-new floors (that cost thousands of dollars to install) and then didn't clean the vents I specifically asked to be cleaned. This is a cleaning company that did not do what they promised and damaged our home. AND- left our front door wide open after he left! He knew we had left the house and were not home. I can't believe this company!
