**** being hired by the property owner in April 2022, Pilot Property Management/Pilot Investment Properties has been the headache to tenants.Communication is not a priority to this company. You can bring it to their attention all you want, they will feign ignorance. They rarely return phones calls, questions either go half answered, not answered, or skirted. My experience with the co-owner *********************, the maintenance manager, and the accounts manager over the course of only 3 months was so fraught with tenant rights violations and etcetera; I moved out.I witnessed tenants being served improper notice, no notice, and a fabricated notice served as a means of harassment. Tenants lost wages waiting for a vendor that wasn't even scheduled to be onsite during that week.Pilot Property Management has unethically breached agreements, withheld items belonging to a tenant, harassed tenants for asserting their rights, moved three tenants into unclean apartments.Beware Property Owner's and Prospective Tenants, avoid this management and investment Company like the plague. They are clearly only out for their bottom line. The only time that the lawns were mowed in front of the units, was so they could take advantage of the photo opportunity for their website. The parking lot has been left a mess. Tenants do not have assigned parking. As a result tenants are parking with their wheels in the NO PARKING area designated for Fire and Rescue.Pilot Property Management, knowing that a large arborvitae fell onto the fence of the adjacent property owners fence, left it there from the time Pilot Properties was hired on in April 2022 until August 2022. This particular fence does not belong to nor was it paid for by the current property owner being represented by Pilot Property Management. The fence belongs to and was paid for by the adjacent property owner.I have been lied to on more than one occasion by the account manager, threatened by the owner, *********************. Terrible company.
