  I was super happy to find someone on Saturday. They immediately told me I had a collapsed main line to my sewer line. I had 3 different people from Roto-Rooter come out. They assured me this was the issue and 1 went into the opening of the crawl space to look for the clean up crew. No techs went under the house because it was the main line they scoped. So I scheduled the cleanup team to come Monday AM. The plumber set for was Tuesday PM. We agreed and I took the time off work. Monday after 830 for a 0900 start I get a text to reschedule for Tuesday AM before the plumber. Two days work missed. Team arrived at 0930 telling me they had to turn the power off. This was new information they failed to mention. I attempted to roll with it. They tape up my electrical box and set up the equipment and then sat there for almost an hour waiting for approval to go under the house. They were not under the house for more than 20 minutes total and come back and say well we did what we can do. We just dont fit under there there is nothing else we can do. So rather then advising me at the start that they cant do it they didnt complete the job and then told me sorry and left around 11. The plumber was due close to 4. So I called another company who arrived within an hour of R-R. He agreed it was tight but could easily get to the water and ran same scopes and more test to identify the source a leaking kitchen pipe.I called R-R who assured me they cleaned. And I said I had a video of a puddle under the line which is before the area they cleaned. They didnt know to look there so they didnt clean it. They were hired to clean all the water. Then after waiting all day for the plumber 20 minutes before his arrival ** called saying they need to reschedule. Since I have had 3 more companies come out and every other company seems to have no issues and agree on the leak. R-R made all these promises and didnt deliver. They created fear to make me agree and didnt do the job.

  Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

  We were sent out for a sewer smell in the bathroom, nothing about the kitchen sink. We cleared the line in the bathroom and put a camera down the line and noticed a break and a leak. This cause sewage in the crawl space. We sent our water restoration team out to extract the sewage in the crawl space, at which we did. However the break in the pipe was located in an area of the crawl space that is less that 18" of room. Unfortunately we cannot enter this area to either extract or repair the pipe. The customer was made aware the situation and no further work was  requested. Thus the plumber was cancelled. At no time did we know about or even to look for a leak in the kitchen sink area.

  This company has dubious practices. I was told that they would work with my insurance company about the billing since it was a covered event. They then proceeded to harass me about the bill instead of working with the insurance as they said they would. Insurance paid the bill and on time however their treatment was a nightmare. I posted a negative review on ****** and got a phone call about the review. I encourage you to look into these folks and their practices.
