    After multiple attempts and an appointment set up and then canceled, received a message from our HVAC tech who installed our system May of 2023 who waited 3-4 days to contact back when we said we would make some noise about what type of company they are we got back I will have my attorney on stand by your labor warranty was up last month Im not obligated to service you anymore!!! Install wasnt finished until sign off from the city inspector until June 2023 the system was installed incorrectly and the inspector made them come back out and fix the mess *** before he would sign off, such as blocking our outside water supply, and having the electrical component to close and Now in need of Emergency repair, AFTER CALLING AND CALLING AND CALLING TEXTING requesting assistance.. failed to answer and failed to call back.. all that was requested was an emergency repair for the Freon unit that sprayed inside my house for 45 minutes while me and my kids were outside until it was done! no accountability, no customer service, I understand sometimes people can be difficult, but when you fail to answer and fail to say hey, so sorry but you can and may reach out to another company i appreciate you lack of care putting me and my children in this spot, rather than making it right for your customers who trusted you to install and put the unit lines in correctly the unit, and I know this doesnt matter much to you, but I know I am not the only person who is disappointed with the work completed and your lack of care for the customers you service even if the warranty is up, you offer 24 hour emergency service, and this company was called multiple times, again, I applude you sir, I appreciate how much help you and your business were not!!!! just because you delt with someone who wont take no for an answer, because I would have given up and accepted the unprofessional work you did! The ego is better protected for yourself and shows what type of company it is!
