    I had the roof and gutters ***laced when I first moved into my home, approximately 12/11/21, there is now several issues with the roof, I reached out multiple times to have it ***aired and I never even had so much as a estimated time for someone to look at it. There is several sections of the roof that are lifting as well as the gutters are leaking on all of the seams and end caps. I also talked to the business owner, **** ******** as well as the sales *** and I was ignored by both. The attached files are the emails sent and the warranty documents.

    I signed a roofing contract in July ************************* October 2023. I gave a $10,200 deposit via check. The check was cashed, and after 5 months of excuses, the company appears to have closed it's doors. Their email server is closed, their phone is not in service, and the business location in *******, ** was empty (04-03-24).

    On 07/12/2023 I signed a contract, and paid a $5600.00 deposit towards a new Pabco system 30 year roof - Total price was $16,694.52 The work was to be started the work was to be started on a date to be completed on a date in October 2023 for completion by 10/11/2023 In late August I called and spoke with the salesperson that came to my home and with whom I signed the contract with ******************* to make a color change if possible. He assured that was no problem and he would contact me in a few days. That was the last communication I had with Union Exteriors. I attempted over 40 times by phone and made 7 trips to their office in ******* with no contact except 2 times with a man named ***** in their office that assured me he had talked to the owner ************************************************* and the color change was no problem and I would be scheduled for work to begin within 2 weeks. That was the last communication I have had with them. I tried to call the owner at the phone number listed with the Secretary of State with no answer and I have left several messages at that number as well. I reached out to the *********************************************** however they could not assist because Union Exteriors license was suspended on 07/05/2023 and has never been reinstated. This is a breach of contract and I am retired as of 12/31/2022 and rely solely on Social Security for income. Upon my retirement I set aside funds for a badly needed new roof on my home, and at this point is a financial impossibility without a refund.

    on 8/17/2023, I contracted with union exteriors to replace my roof. the work was to be started in 8 weeks which would have been the first week in Oct. On Oct 10 I contacted them to find out when they were going to start and was given excuses why they were running behind but was not told when they would be able to start. subsequent conts were met with further excuses untill they stopped replying to my emails and voice mails.

    On July 13,2023 I signed a contract with Union Exteriors LLC to replace my roof Contract price was $23.825.00. At that time representive ******************* asked for a down payment. I gave him a check for $8000.00. Then informed me the estimated date to start the job was on 10/3/23 and the completion date was 10/10/23. He stated he would contact me a month to 2 weeks prior to the start date. I did not hear from him or the company. I contacted the office on 9/7/23 left a message about the job, the office called me back on 9/08/23 and informed me that " your on the books " and we would be hearing from the ******* The week before the start date I contacted the office again and was told the a ****** would contact my by Friday, if not call the office. No answer! I called on Monday 10/02/23 and Tuesday 10/03/23 No answer or return call. On Tuesday 10/10/23 we went to the office. The doors were locked and lights out, and it looked deserted. When we got home we contacted the *** and found out their License had been suspended as of 7/05/23

    Recived letter that one of the vendors that union hired to do gutter did not received payment.they are threatening a lien on my house.all monies due were pd in full to union. Made contact but no return calls as promised.this is causing great disruption and emotional toll .please do not scare the elderly in thinking they may lose there home just not right ************************************

    In the matter of this complaint all vendors and sub-contractors have been paid in full, Union Exteriors  has no outstanding debts in the ******* area and can ask that the subcontractor offer a lien release to the homeowner

    On March 21 of this year I paid in full $2514.25 to Union Exteriors for a new roof on my Gazebo and as of yet the work has not been done. I keep getting promises from this company that we are next in line for the work to be done and nothing has even been started. I paid with a check to a employee with this company named *********They keep telling me they are having problems in the office. Need Help *****************************

    We paid Union Exteriors in full for the job they where to do which they never did to this day. We want our money back which was in the amount of

    $ *******. They cashed the check on 03/27 and just disappeared. When we get our money back this case will be closed, until then we are going to take this to a higher court.
