      The words "Going that extra mile" on the Grande Ronde Offroad and Recovery website are not just an empty slogan like they would be with so many other companies. I ordered 4 trailer tires from them, and 1 ended up getting lost in shipping for a couple of days. I've had this happen before with larger tire companies, but unlike those guys, **** (owner) immediately gave me a discount on mounting and balancing for it, even though it was absolutely no fault of his own! When the 4th tire did show up, he even offered to deliver it to me after mounting it. This is a small, local business that truly cares about supporting its customers to the fullest extent. I highly recommend them!

      Huge thank you to **** and Grande Ronde Offroad and Recovery LLC!! Recovery is more than pulling out people stuck in the mud or snow. Sometimes its a mechanical issue when youre off-road where no tow truck can go. **** saved the day!
