    Contractor started our project over two months ago and still not complete. Texts ** saying hes on his way and doesn't show up, if at all. Has been there 2 times for 2 hours each the last two weeks. Asked us to pay ahead to help with medical expenses for family. Promises to complete on a certain date but does not comply. Contractor still has things to do and contractor does not show up at all. We just want the work done. Enough is enough. Told us his contractors license lapsed so couldnt work at one point. Other than that, out and out lies. No show no call, means no money.

    I am rejecting this response because: We have been trying to resolve this for the last month but he has shown up for two hours twice. Continual lying about making an effort is not acceptable. Didn't show up the last two days and said he would.  Actions speak louder than words

    This situation has not been resolved.  The contractor was supposed to finish on October 5, 6th and 9th. As predicted, he didn't show October 5 or 6,lied about coming October 6 and never showed. October 5th stated he had to have a tooth pulled and would be over after. After his appointment he said his mouth was shredded and would be over October 6. He has said he'll return a piece of cabinet that we need as well as some money, and has failed again to show. We'll be proceeding  with a ccb complaint and seeking money from him. The pictures are only a few things that need done or are done very poorly.

    Nomin8ed and I worked out an agreement to remove old metal roofing over my patio and replace with plywood, waterproof barrier and new metal covering. I was invoiced in January of 2022 and paid in full for all labor and materials. Nomin8ed quickly got to work on the removal of the old roofing and replacement of the plyboard and protective barrier. I was promised that an order was placed for new metal and that it would be installed once it was received. Since that time, I've been promised that the metal is in on multiple occasions and promised that the guys would be here on specific dates to install. Each time that date arrived, the contractor did not arrive. I've been patient with them for months now given the personal reasons that have been cited by the Contractor for missing appointments. After over 18 months, I've now lost any confidence this work will ever be done. As such, I've asked for a refund of all of the metal that I paid for as well as 50% of the labor I paid for. I arrived at 50% due to the fact that the plywood and protective barrier was installed. However, this has now been exposed with no metal covering for over a year.

    We hired this construction company to do some work on our house. They had us pay them upfront, and they barely got started on the work, they never returned, and they will not refund our money that we paid them for materials and labor. We are asking for the materials money back since they never bought the materials that we gave them the money for. They owe us $3000.

    I want to do everything I can to get this resolved. Im willing to work with whomever I need to. Scheduling mistakes and budget mistakes on my part, it should have been handled differently. I agreed to reimburse **** and ***** and im working on securing the funds for return. I understand there complaint and will work to get them paid back. This is the first complaint of any kind about my business to anyone. Im taking it very serious and want to come to a resolution. **** and ***** gave me time, but I could not secure the funds in that time frame. I will work on getting this resolved as soon as possible.  Thank you

    The contractor, ****, *****, has promised ** for weeks now he will return on our money. He sets dates and times when the money will be sent to us in PayPal, but it never happens. He makes promise after promise and we give him every opportunity, and he never has followed through. A different excuse every time. Now he tells us h*** pay us by the end of the week but we dont believe him. Its another lie.
